"Boring SaaS" is a trade name operated by Ivan Kosarev, an individual software developer based in UAE ("we", "us" or "our").

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of our website and all products offered under the Boring SaaS brand.

• Any paid subscriptions or digital services we provide

We develop and distribute software products, including online software-as-a-services, mobile applications and browser extensions.

5. Product-Specific Terms

5.1 Auto-Clean (Chrome Extension)

Auto-Clean is a browser extension feature designed to automatically clear cookies and site data for selected websites on user's request or when a browser tab is closed.

Some functionality is free to use. Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing and billing cadence are displayed on the product page.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments and subscription management are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com).

Paddle processes all payments, handles refunds, and is responsible for all transaction-related matters .

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method for the fees disclosed at the time of purchase.
• The billing frequency (monthly or annual)
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

We do not have access to, store or process payment card details.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions described in the Refund Policy.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our products is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how data is collected and processed.

9. Acceptable Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Boring SaaS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software products you have purchased. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the products without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the products for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with service operation

10. Disclaimer

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
